This site is about how to write a book and to get it published.
2 write a book offers would be writers and future authors an insight into writing strategies for getting that first manuscript finally done.
It digs into the writing process and what it takes to become a writer. It is about fiction writing, novels and books for children and also about non fiction, biography, autobiography, how to books and philosophy.

The site focus on the writing of books as a complete process, starting with getting ideas and becoming a writer, pushing right through all the writer's blocks and on to writing proposals, approaching publishers and getting the book published.
Though it is aimed at the writer facing their first book it effectively deals with issues all writers face. Writing is a craft based on a limited number of essential elements.
2 Write a Book also offers a unique and idiosyncratic view on the production of a book aiming to break down self defeating beliefs and limiting practices.
Alongside information on the book writing and the writing process this site is also a writer's journal of a number of books as works in progress.

This article will be posted every week before 11:59 on Saturday evening South African time (Greenwich +2hrs).
